Some of you may remember that I wrote a short story last year for the female strength science fiction and fantasy anthology Fight Like A Girl, edited by Joanne Hall and Roz Clarke.
My story sits between others written by Roz Clarke, Kelda Crich, K T Davies, Dolly Garland, Joanne Hall, Julia Knight, Kim Lakin-Smith, Juliet McKenna, Lou Morgan, Gaie Sebold, Sophie E Tallis, Fran Terminiello, Danie Ware, and Nadine West.
Today the anthology official launches, so you can grab a copy for yourself.
My story, titled The Coyote, has been described throughout the book’s summary as a “near-future factional conflict” urban fantasy. The story features Kai, a girl whose main strength is that other people assume her to be weak. Whether keen combatants or reluctant fighters, each and every one of these characters was born and bred to Fight Like A Girl.
